Consistent service delivery and staff engagement 

We value classroom training as a means of providing human touch, as well as the group setting that fosters peer to peer learning. However, we also recognize the need for hands on training. Research indicates that we only retain 5% of the material presented to us through lecture and 30% of the material when it is demonstrated to us. Hands-on participation, however, can lead to as much as a 75% retention rate.

 

That is why we provide training through 3 different settings - webinar or classroom lecture, workstation demonstration, and hands-on practice coupled with feedback and questioning to ensure mastery.
