Who We Are
Stanford G Hospitality Services is a hospitality consulting firm that focuses on providing specialized sales, marketing, operations, asset repositioning, and lender engagement consulting services to hotel owner operators. We believe that hotel owners should be able to define and customize their specific consulting needs while paying an equitable fee for value-added consultative service. We provide management services and partnership support, while the owner(s) maintains complete control.
Stanford G Hospitality Services was specifically formed to assist hotel owner operators thrive in difficult economic climates and beyond. Our goal is to provide our clients with competitive advantages by offering our services to hotel owners who self-manage their asset(s). Our aim is to provide hotel owner operators with the necessary plan to proactively engage their lenders and negotiate a loan payment structure that will optimally protect and safeguard their investment.
We work with individual ownership groups to understand their unique needs. We, then, tailor a plan at a reasonable fee structure that yields measurable results. Prior to entering into an agreement with an owner, we schedule a 30-minutes video conference to learn more from our client and to determine specific needs. Following this, we develop a proposal outlining our services and fee structure for our client. We take this final step of offering our services only if we are fully convinced that we have a workable plan to improve the given hotel’s financial outlook.

During this difficult economic climate, finding effective hospitality consultants that understand revenue generation and cost containment in a guest focused landscape is imperative. We have assembled a diverse leadership team that possesses over 100 years of combined leadership experience in successfully managing premium branded hotels throughout the United States. On the financial side, our 30+ years’ experience administering SBA 504 and conventional hospitality development loans has provided us with the requisite institutional knowledge to guide an owner operator through the loan workout process.
We assembled a team of individuals who share a common principle around putting others first, delivering on our promise, doing more rather than less, and respecting the merits of an idea rather than focusing on where the idea was originated.
